Giovanni Franceschelli

Giovanni Franceschelli, born in 1973, is an architect specializing in green building and innovative interior design. He graduated from the University of Ferrara in 1999 and earned a master’s in Advanced Architecture in 2001. He founded Rizoma Architectures in 2009 and teaches Hospitality Interior Design at IED Florence. His work focuses on green buildings, hotels, and commercial spaces

Maurizio Lai

Maurizio Lai, architect and designer, is an original interpreter of contemporary aesthetics, with a masterful use of light. Graduated in Milan, he began in television and fashion design, later expanding into the commercial and hospitality industries. His international studio, Maurizio Lai Architects, offers bespoke design solutions, with projects featured in the most authoritative architecture and design publications. Alongside the practice, he collaborates with prestigious educational institutions, such as the Milan Polytechnic, SPD and IULM, among others.
